The Geis CZ company project obtained funding from the European Social Fund

The project focuses on increasing the qualifications and developing the skills of the employees of Geis CZ and its partner, General Parcel Čechy. Its content is education in the so-called soft, linguistic, and professional skills. Employees should receive assistance in balancing out the growing pressure for quality and productivity in work, internal communication, and work performance. The project’s extent satisfies the contemporary trend of continually deepening and expanding employee qualifications that are becoming essential in maintaining competitiveness and adaptability on the labour market.

„The project, which will run for two years, will bring innovation to the contemporary educational system and focus on all employee groups,“ states Iveta Tyšerová, the company’s personnel specialist.
